Eminent Care provides NDIS core supports including Assist Personal Activities (0107), Travel and Transport Assistance (0108), Daily Tasks and Shared Living (0115), Community Participation (0116 and 0125), Development of Life Skills (0117), and Household Tasks (0120). We are registered for core supports only — not plan management or support coordination.
Eminent Care is based in Wollert and provides NDIS support across Melbourne’s northern suburbs including Mill Park, Bundoora, Lalor, Thomastown, Reservoir, Preston, Coburg, Northcote, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Fawkner, Greensborough, Heidelberg, South Morang, and Mernda.
Yes. We welcome participants who are agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed. We work directly with plan managers for invoicing and assist self-managed participants with clear, transparent pricing.

This is a deliberate choice. When a provider also manages your funding or coordinates your plan, their interests and yours can stop being aligned. By focusing exclusively on support delivery, our only goal is your wellbeing.
